Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms govern use of this website and consulting services supplied by Codepacketgrid. A signed proposal or statement of work may add project-specific terms. If there is a conflict, the signed project document takes priority for that engagement.

2. Services and proposals

Scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, dependencies and acceptance arrangements are set out in our proposal. Estimates depend on timely access to agreed systems, data and stakeholders. Work outside scope requires written agreement and may involve additional fees.

3. Client responsibilities

You confirm that you are authorised to provide any data and system access needed for the work. You remain responsible for your privacy notices, consent choices, access controls and lawful use of analytics tools. Do not provide unnecessary personal or sensitive data.

4. Fees and payment

Invoices are payable within the period stated in the proposal. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless expressly stated. We may pause work on overdue accounts after reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual property

After full payment, you may use the project-specific final deliverables for your internal business purposes. We retain ownership of pre-existing methods, templates, know-how and tools. Each party retains its existing intellectual property.

6. Confidentiality

Each party will protect non-public information received through an engagement and use it only for the agreed work. This does not apply to information already lawfully known, independently developed, public through no breach, or required to be disclosed by law.

7. Recommendations and liability

Our findings support product decisions but do not guarantee commercial outcomes. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability relating to an engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement, except where a limitation is prohibited by law.

8. Ending an engagement

Either party may end an engagement as provided in its proposal. Fees remain due for work completed and committed third-party costs. Sections intended to survive termination continue to apply.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction, subject to any dispute process agreed in writing.
